After 26 years as a police officer in Miami, Florida, Joey and his family moved to his wife Libby’s hometown of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Joey has fallen in love with the Seacoast.

Sam brings over 15 years of experience in all areas of real estate. Beyond that, he has extensive experience in residential, commercial, real estate development, rentals, multi-family, "house flipping", and preconstruction development.

Raised in South Florida with a passion for its tropical, culture-enriched diversity, Donna Simpkin brings 20 years of real estate experience and a reputation for honesty, service, and the ability to connect the community to the Brick & Barn Group. Born in New York, Donna grew up in South Florida and was an educator and leader. She then joined her husband, Sam, to build Team Simpkin. Leveraging her creativity and innovativeness in education, Donna’s extensive network and ability to cater to her clientele have made her an invaluable resource to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across South Florida. With clientele from diverse industries with an emphasis on technology, finance, education, sports, business, and the arts, Team Simpkin has grown successfully and consistently, thanks to the repeat referrals of happy clients, friends, and family.
Originally from Pembroke Pines, FL, Zoë was introduced to the Seacoast through her extended family and instantly fell in love. After attending Florida International University, she spent time performing dance and colorguard in different locations across the nation, including Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Dayton, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana. She has shifted her focus from performance to real estate, joining Brick & Barn in March 2022 as senior executive assistant. She went on to obtain her NH real estate license just a few months later, and is now Operations Manager for Brick & Barn Group.
Zoë currently resides in Stratham, NH and spends her free time baking, traveling, and teaching the Wakefield High School colorguard.
Aaron is President of HGC Inc. contracting residential and commercial projects. He is an onsite builder proficient in all phases of construction and has been In business for 32 years. Aaron has business locations in California Alaska Massachusetts New Hampshire, and Maine.
Aaron earned a Bachelors degree in science and engineering from NEC and two year structural studies degree at Northeastern University.
He has been residing in Maine for 25 years raised a family in the Kittery point area. In Aaron’s personal time his interests include hiking, sailing, and skiing.
COMPASS MARKETING ADVISOR
Maggie is Compass New England's Marketing Advisor and Brick & Barn | New Development's core marketing resource lead. Maggie spearheads project branding, logo creation, advertising and media planning.
Justin is from Gardner, MA, A small town in western MA, and has lived there his entire life. He attended High school before doing a post-graduate year at Phillips Exeter Academy to help pursue his football dreams of playing college football. Leaving Phillips Exeter he was fortunate enough to get an offer to play D1 football at the University of New Hampshire. Some of his interestS outside of football consist of boating, working out, skiing, and hanging out with friends and family.
As a NH native, Casey brings a wealth of knowledge about the New England area. Licensed in both NH and ME, and having worked in 48 of the 50 states as an Events Manager early in his career, he still chooses to reside in the beautiful Seacoast area with his wife and 2 kids. Golf courses, beaches, ski slopes or hiking, he takes advantage of all the activities around him, and feels this area has something for everyone!
He knew he’d found his calling for Real Estate after the purchase of his first home in 2009. With a philosophy that Real Estate can be fun, smooth, and stress-free, clients know that Casey always brings honesty and follow-through to every conversation and every deal. His process is to first understand client’s goals and then ensure he gets them there. Through market analysis, negotiations, and as the key player in keeping things moving forward, you can always trust in Casey to represent clients' best interests every single step of the way. He’s even been known to mow a lawn on open house day – “best foot forward”, always!
With a natural knack for educating, Casey’s role as Director of New Agent Development comes easy. He prides himself on streamlining processes, expediting the learning curve, and ensuring new agents are armed with successful business models. His Agency partners will call him “invaluable!”
Erick has resided in Portsmouth for the past twenty years. He brings over thirty-five years of sales and sales management experience, mostly in the medical device and health care fields, to Brick & Barn Real Estate Group. He has held positions with several Fortune 500 companies.
Erick will work with both sellers and buyers utilizing his consultative approach as well as his drive and passion for helping people. When not working, Erick is an avid skier and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
With an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, Kevin is optimistic when faced with challenges. He is passionate about assuring quality in his service, with an energetic approach that is filled with integrity, and is motivated by his intent to create unforgettable experiences by exceeding expectations every step of the way. Kevin has an appreciation for design and architecture, and an eye for all the fine details. He recognizes that communication and resourcefulness are among the key components to success in this business and getting his clients to the closing table.
Mike is a Real Estate professional with Brick & Barn Group | Compass, licensed in three states; New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Since joining Brick & Barn in 2018, Mike has been involved with over $60M of real estate transactions and has developed a strong reputation in the market through his responsiveness, research, and commitment to putting together the most advantageous deals for his clients.
Mike studied at the Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire where he graduated with a double degree in finance and marketing with a focus in real estate. He previously worked at The Dartmouth Company, an upscale commercial real estate firm located in Boston. He focused on market analysis and marketing techniques, as well as assisting agents and brokers with their property transactions.
Mike lives in Andover, MA, and in his spare time, likes to fish, golf, and root for Boston sports teams!
Will is a REALTOR and Sales Analyst for Brick and Barn | Compass. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science and previously worked as an Inside Sales Representative for RSA Security, servicing clients all over the US and Canada. Deciding that he had a passion for the business of real estate, he jumped at the opportunity to join the Brick & Barn Real Estate Group working on both commercial and residential real estate. Currently, Will focuses the majority of his time on the commercial side of the business by uncovering commercial real estate opportunities for the team’s clients/investors. Will excel in analyzing new development and conversion opportunities for future projects, as well as finding off-market opportunities, for both local and national markets. Will is a recently licensed New Hampshire real estate agent and is eager to start supporting local buyers and sellers across the region.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends golfing, being on the ocean, and attending New England sports events!

Maura earned the prestigious Master in Residential Marketing designation (MIRM) from the National Association of Home Builders. While she successfully assists buyers and sellers with all types of residential properties, she has extensive experience in new construction sales and marketing.
