Scott Rome

Scott Rome brings over 35 years of sales and marketing leadership across media, software, and real estate.

Scott began his career at Paramount Pictures as a Sales Manager in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, marketing the studio's syndicated television library to local affiliates. He helped bring hit shows like Entertainment Tonight, Judge Judy, Frasier, Cheers, Taxi, and the Star Trek franchise to markets nationwide, while also representing Paramount's motion picture catalog, including Top Gun, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Forrest Gump.

Scott then joined NBC Television Network's newly formed Interactive group in New York, where he was among the first sales executives tasked with monetizing NBC's internet properties. He helped create and sell some of the industry's first national cross-platform advertising campaigns — working alongside Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and the Today Show — and pioneered early internet product placement strategies across NBC's digital platforms.

As technology reshaped the business world, Scott was recruited to lead sales and marketing for software start-ups in Silicon Valley and New York. Building and leading high-performing teams, he drove revenue growth across social media, online video, and digital marketing companies, contributing to three acquisitions each valued at over $100 million.

In 2017, Scott brought his branding, marketing, and sales expertise to real estate, founding Brick & Barn Real Estate Group. Over seven years, he and his team closed more than 1,000 transactions totaling over $900 million in property sales across four states. In January 2022, Scott affiliated Brick & Barn with Compass Real Estate, becoming Managing Director of Brick & Barn | Compass and Founding Broker of New Hampshire for Compass.
