After dedicating 26 years of his life to serving as a police officer in Miami, Florida, Joey made the bold decision to embark on a new adventure and relocate with his family to his wife Libby's hometown of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Since entering the world of real estate in 2017, Joey has quickly become a trusted figure in the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine, as well as establishing a nationwide network of clients and partners. With his extensive connections and deep knowledge of the local market, Joey has been involved in over $400 million worth of real estate transactions, solidifying his reputation as a go-to expert in the field. As a partner in Brick & Barn Group at Compass, Joey plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the company. His leadership and guidance have been instrumental in the exponential growth of the new development division, which has flourished under his watchful eye.
Joey is also the co-founder of Brick & Barn | New Development and has played a key role in attracting builders and developers with over 500 new construction homes currently in development. When he's not immersed in the world of real estate, you can find him catching waves and indulging in his love for surfing at Rye Beach. Additionally, Joey is actively involved with Make-A-Wish, New Hampshire, where he generously volunteers his time to help make dreams come true for children in need. At the heart of it all, Joey is a devoted family man. With three sons, two daughters, and a grandson, he understands the importance of building strong and lasting relationships.
