Over the past 12 years, Melanie has facilitated the purchase, sale, and construction of over 200 homes in Maine and New Hampshire. Leveraging her construction background, she offers clients a comprehensive level of service and expertise that goes beyond traditional real estate transactions.
A New Hampshire native, Melanie currently calls the Seacoast of Southern Maine home, where she resides with her husband, two children, and their beloved rescue dog, Harlow.
