Maggie Getman was destined for a career in real estate. Her exceptional education from Boston College, knowledge of Greater Boston's various neighborhoods, professional experience in marketing, and fascination with architecture and interior design made her an ideal candidate for this field. Joining First Choice Realty, Inc. in 2020 (now First Choice Dorsey Group at Compass), she gained early experience as the Marketing Manager, stepping into the fast-paced role to lead marketing and social media strategies for the thriving brokerage.
Given her multifaceted skill set, it came as no surprise when Maggie earned the title of top-producing rental agent in the brokerage out of the gate. Since beginning her career in real estate, she has closed hundreds of transactions, both sales and rentals, and has earned numerous shining testimonials from her clients. Maggie has a gift for being an excellent listener, pinpointing precisely what her clients are after and working efficiently and thoroughly until she makes their goals a reality. Equal parts motivated, responsive, and thorough, Maggie has earned a reputation for going the extra mile. A results-driven real estate agent, she works hard to make the process as seamless as possible for her clients.
Whether doing extensive research on a neighborhood marketplace or dialing in the perfect staging scheme with Architectural Digest-worthy panache, Maggie is always one to overdeliver. A multi-talented agent equipped with event planning experience, she leverages her skills to cue up impressive open houses, showings, and staging. Being the daughter of a successful interior designer, it has always been in her blood.
Maggie splits her time between the South End of Boston and Portsmouth, NH, with her mini labradoodle puppy, Pippa. The duo can be found at the dog park most evenings. A yoga fanatic and former semi-professional ski racer, the avid traveler has most recently crossed Italy and Greece off her bucket list. Her love of travel extends beyond simply vacations, as she is known to organize and take part in service trips to the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.
