Lars Hamilton, a native of the New Hampshire Seacoast, has always had a deep appreciation for the four seasons and the natural beauty of the region. Growing up, he found joy in surfing the beaches of New Hampshire and skiing in the local mountains, fostering a lifelong love for the ocean and the mountains.
Motivated by his desire to maintain close proximity to both the ocean and the mountains while pursuing a career in business, Lars pursued his education at the University of New Hampshire. During his time at UNH, he immersed himself in the fields of Marketing, Finance, and Spanish, all the while gaining valuable real-world experience as Red Bull’s UNH Brand Manager. This early exposure ignited his passion for events and brand activation, propelling him into the dynamic world of marketing agencies, where he collaborated with renowned brands such as Red Bull, JBL, and the Boston Beer Company.
Eager to expand his horizons, Lars transitioned into the technology sector, where he honed his skills in Enterprise Business Development for a Boston-based cybersecurity company. Now, as a proud member of Brick & Barn Group | Compass, Lars is thrilled to merge his extensive sales and marketing experience with his unwavering devotion to New Hampshire and its surrounding areas, leveraging his deep roots in the community.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Lars remains deeply connected to the breathtaking outdoor spaces of New England. An avid surfing instructor, he delights in sharing his passion for the sport while seeking out the perfect waves and snow both in his home state and across the United States, as well as around the globe.
